We know you're keen to get your hands on your new Koolboo gear – we don’t blame you! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide from our HQ in Queensland. International shipping is coming soon – stay tuned!
Processing Times
- All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your parcel is on its way!

*Rural and remote areas may take a little longer (but we’ll still get it to you as fast as we can!).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe check your junk folder just in case).
Delivery Issues
If your parcel goes missing, arrives damaged, or something’s not quite right, please get in touch with us ASAP at info@koolbooequestrian.com and we’ll help get it sorted.
